The Fang tribe is spread over a large area of the Atlantic coast of equatorial Africa and can be found in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon, on the banks of the river Ogowe.
Originally, the Fangs were itinerant, and it is only recently that they have settled in this vast region.
