Vuvi live in the center of Gabon. The Vuvi masks are characterized by the relative flatness of their design and by l' emblematic nature of the features of the face and markings. These masks serve d' agents through which the ancestral spirits reappear during fertility ceremonies and of Community solemn meetings.
